While traditional prenatal yoga often focuses on stretching and relaxation, Move Well combines movement, breathwork, core and pelvic floor awareness, strength, mobility, and education to help you better understand and support your changing body.

You'll learn practical tools to reduce common pregnancy discomforts, improve mobility and strength, support your pelvic floor, and prepare for labor. Lindsay teaches movement with intention, helping you move more efficiently in everyday life and giving you options that can support a smoother labor, more effective pushing, and recovery postpartum.
