12-Week Move Well Program?
Move Well for Life is an on-demand 12 week program designed to help you build strength, mobility, and body awareness through feel good, intentional movement. Each week includes three guided classes, with sessions ranging from 15 to 60 minutes and averaging around 36 minutes, making it easy to stay consistent in a way that fits your life.

You’ll move through a variety of themes using simple props like yoga blocks, a strap, a dowel, or light weights, with options and progressions offered for every level. There’s no start date, so you can begin anytime, move at your own pace, and return to the classes whenever you need.

This is a one time purchase with lifetime access, designed to support you not just for 12 weeks, but well beyond.
