Move Well is about learning how to support your body through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with intention. It’s about slowing down enough to understand what your body actually needs.

In these classes, you’ll focus on breath, core connection, and pelvic floor awareness. The foundation that truly matters when it comes to preparing for birth and healing afterward.


There’s no pressure to perform, or “bounce back!" MOVE WELL is simply a space to move at your own pace in a way that supports you. So you can feel more connected, more prepared, and more at ease in your body to Move Well for Life. 

Prenatal and Postpartum On Demand Movement Programs by Move Well

Move Well's on demand birth prep classes are designed for every BODY and any recovery. We teach you to move well for life using a mix of yoga, functional movement and physical therapy inspired movements and drills. Each class focuses on posture, core strength, mobility, breath and balance so you can learn to move well for all of life's activities.

Birth Prep Movement Classes Online and OnDemand for mothers preparing for birth and recovery

Start your Move Well journey with our birth prep program which includes 30+ on-demand prenatal classes ranging from 10 to 50 minutes, covering everything from birth prep and pelvic mobility to strength, core, and common pregnancy discomforts. You’ll also get lifetime access to the Reconnect and Realign postpartum program, plus perks. It’s a one-time investment for ongoing support through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Postpartum Movement Online and On Demand classes for postpartum and pelvic floor strengthing

Continue your Move Well journey into postpartum, designed for any body and any birth recovery. This program includes supportive, easy to follow on demand classes designed to guide you through postpartum recovery, from gentle early movement to rebuilding core, pelvic floor, and full body strength. Each class is under 25 minutes, making it simple to fit into your day. It also includes a one on one session for more personalized support.

MOVE WELL FOR LIFE

12-Week MOVE WELL

Movement and pelvic support programs online and on demand.

Move Well for Life is a 12 week program of educational, feel good movement with three classes per week, each around 15 to 60 minutes. You will build strength, mobility, and awareness with simple props and options for every level. Start anytime with a one time purchase and enjoy lifetime access.

Your Movement Educator

A longtime lover of movement. Lindsay has found her passion in helping you move well for life as a movement educator and pre/post-natal specialist. 

​

Lindsay is a LYT Method certified teacher.  The only style of yoga created by a physical therapist with an emphasis on neurodevelopment.  LYT Method teachers have a breadth of knowledge on anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. 

​

In Lindsay's classes you will learn about body basics and mechanics, the why behind the movement, and how to move sustainably for life and longevity.
