Work on your: Core Strength, mobility, balance, strength, and adaptability in this flowing class.
We spend a good amount of time on our hands (plank, quadruped, downward dog, etc) and in kneeling positions (quadruped, low lunges, etc). if that doesn't serve you well.
All ages and levels welcome. These classes are suitable for pre/postnatal populations as well.

$35 for 5 classes
$60 for 10 classes
